Hi, I’m Jonathan Sheeley!

After 10+ years in strategic planning and leadership development, I saw a common pattern—leaders overwhelmed by competing priorities, stuck in reactive mode, and struggling to create real momentum. I’ve been there too. When I launched my consulting practice, I had the expertise to help others, but balancing business growth, leadership, and personal life wasn’t easy. The key? A better way.
